In growing an online business there’s a handful of apps and software that make our lives easier. Below you’ll find the tools I personally use to run my business.
As I’m gathering the tools I stand behind, please keep in mind that some of the links in this post are indeed affiliate links. That means, that at no additional cost to you, I will earn a commission if you choose to make a purchase by clicking on the link. I’m very grateful for you supporting this site. Gracias.
Asana – Organization is the key to success and Asana is what I use to stay on top of my todo list.
Namecheap – The only place I use to register all my domains here.
Media Temple – Been using them for years to host my blogs. Have been very happy with the service and more importantly with their customer service.
ConvertKit – This is what I use in my bread and butter blog. To say the least, is a very popular email service provider and pretty awesome if email courses are on your mind.
Drip – We are always testing. We’ve been very impressed with how easy is to create marketing automation sequences with Drip. If you are on our email list, you are seeing Drip in action.
Thinkific – This is my platform of choice to house all the courses and programs here in iheartmetrics! Get a $50 credit when you use my link.
Buffer – I use Buffer to schedule my posts on Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest.
IFTTT – I use IFTTT to create “recipes” to automate tasks between two apps. For example, I’ve connected my Google Calendar to my Facebook Page which makes it a breeze to set up recurring posts to Facebook via my calendar.
Pocket – Whenever I want to read something, but I don’t have time at the moment, I save it to Pocket where I can read it later.
Feedly – I read a lot of blogs mostly by way of RSS. I use Feedly as my one-stop feed reader.
